Need to track CPD points? Well, now you can! Custom fields can now be added to the training tab on intelliHR making it easier than ever to customise the data you collect around completed employee training. We’re keeping these special fields all wrapped up in settings for now so if you would like to add additional fields please contact your customer success manager.
The performance report has always allowed you to review employee performance on an individual basis; but now, our business performance takes that information and allows you to view all of that data in one place. This report will allow you to:

If you’re keen for a treat, head to the analytics tab for a brand new take on our analytics dashboard. Now with an intuitive navigation, you can simply search for the question you’re looking to answer and the relevant page will be supplied. If you’re more of a fan of our old design, simply select the list view for the analytics sections to be viewable in an easy to use alphabetical format.
Is it just me, or are things getting hot in here?! If our new analytics dashboard isn’t enough to draw you in then maybe our new heat map will do the trick! Using the heat map visualisations (seen below), pinpoint common discrepancies between supervisor perspectives and those of the employees. If employees and supervisors have been playing it safe there may be a trend towards centre-bias. The heat map will clearly show such a trend and allow you to adapt the process to correct this. Perhaps the ratings can be amended to provide greater resolution at the positive end of the scale, or maybe the language should be changed to reflect a greater emphasis on development (‘Needs Help’ is much easier to select than ‘Unsatisfactory’). In either case, through use of the heat map visualisations strengths and opportunities can be identified. Furthermore, consistent low scores against one particular performance metric may provide insight into potential skills gaps within the organisation and can help to inform succession planning decision making, providing the impetus to explore required development initiatives.
If you have trouble remembering the last employee ID number you used you’re not alone! intelliHR is now able to auto-generate an intelliHR ID that will always be sequential and ensure you never have duplicates. If you are interested in using this feature and making intelli your source of truth for employee IDs reach out to your CSM and they’ll be happy to turn this on.
