One of the things we pride ourselves on at intelliHR is how quickly our product evolves with the needs and requirements of our users. So check out the below features we built that were informed by our wonderful customers!
Form Documents: You asked, we delivered! Now when creating a form you can select an option that will allow the recipient to attach a document to their submission. This allows system administrators to collect more information from forms and simplify data transfers internally.
Our Global Search feature is pretty cool already, but we thought we would add on an extra feature to make our user experience even better! Now with a few keywords, the search bar can be used to navigate to everywhere from the analytics dashboard through to specific employees. Thus making the intelliHR system even more intuitive.
Our new task updates will make it easier than ever to stay both on task and on top of your tasks. If there are a few tasks that have been left incomplete or if they’ve been neglected, users will now have the option to bulk ignore with our new multi-select feature. Atop of this, there is now also visibility over who has received an email reminder to complete a task, thus making all task related interactions even easier!
Some of our best updates have come from feedback submitted by our brilliant customers! So we figured that we would streamline the process to make it a bit easier for everyone. Now users can add product feedback through a convenient tab located on your profile image on the top right of your intelliHR screen. Check it out below!
Our new employee NPS ranking is coming to the analytics tab! When this feature is released users will be able to track employee sentiment in a new way through the NPS capabilities. This will allow visibility over how employees are viewing your place of work and how likely they are to recommend it to externals. It also provides administrators with a percentage breakdown of promoters, passive employees and detractors so you know where to focus your attention.
